Ltd. 2819. Fitted from new with a roof-mounted box which was intended
to carry a cine camera to be used for research purposes. There was a
similar construction downstairs above the rear emergency exit. Due to
privacy concerns and union opposition neither camera was ever installed
but the box was retained for several years |
