This page lists ten Bristol VRs which were ordered by Stockport Corporation but were all destroyed by fire at the East Lancs factory before the chassis had been fitted with bodywork. One escaped to be repaired and bodied as shown below, but the rest of the chassis were beyond salvage and were scrapped without ever receiving bodywork.
