Paul Forbes emailed me today (January 11th 2000) to report having seen this ex-City of Oxford VR travelling in South Wales from Plasmaral to either Morriston, M4 Carmarthen or M4 London. It was last reported way back in 1994 with Adventure Pictures in Bethnal Green in London, but is now painted allover sky blue with flowers and lettered "Playbus".
